In a surprising turn of events, Ryan Garcia has apologised to Logan Paul just a few days after the YouTuber-turned-boxer and the WWE superstar sued him for defamation for trashing his brand Prime. The 25-year-old took a sip of the Prime drink on Ana Paula Saenz podcast after saying “I am sorry” to Logan Paul.
Notably, after testing positive for a PED Ostarine in the aftermath of his win against Devin Haney last month, Ryan Garcia had blamed the Prime drink for his positive drug test result. A few days ago, Logan Paul said that Ryan Garcia would be “held accountable” for making several claims about the Prime drink.
Following this, the Prime brand sued Ryan Garcia for defamation, violation of Lanham Act, trade libel, unjust enrichment, and unfair competition. It led to Garcia backtracking on his accusations and extending his olive branch to Logan Paul during his interview appearance with Ana Paula Saenz.
“I just want to say I'm sorry. I just feel bad for the fight that we're going through because I've known the family for years, bro. This s***'s breaking my heart. I don't want to fight with you no more, bro. I don't got a problem with Prime. I had a problem with you. I'll drink this s*** right now,” said Ryan Garcia to Logan Pa ul following which he took a sip of the Prime drink.
Moreover, Ryan Garcia also spoke about stepping into the ring against Jake Paul if Mike Tyson isn’t able to fight against him on July 20, at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
