Sandstorm in Ahmedabad
The umpires were finding it hard to even stand on the field as they were evaluating the situation. On the other hand, the players were also covering themselves with towels and masks to protect themselves from the sand. This is how dramatic the situation became as on-air commentator Harsha Bhogle explained, "It has been an extraordinary sandstorm that has come out of nowhere. You are looking up, it looked fine. You look down, you look up again and you couldn't see. It's quite miraculous where this sandstorm has come from. It's quite a spectacle this and as a result, visibility is very low." The 59-year-old also funnily added that it is the second storm after AB de Villiers produced one during the first innings where he blistering unbeaten knock of 75 runs off 42 deliveries.
